Programme of Study (Commerce)
The duration for the Higher Secondary course in Commerce is two years. The College conducts classes in two shifts (Morning & Day).
Students seeking admission are to note that the College reserves the right for the allotment of seats based on availability and convenience. The College Authority also reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.

- The College offers Nepali, Hindi and Khasi as MIL.
- Other MIL requires special permission from the Principal.

- Minimum 45% in Mathematics required for Commerce stream.
- Computer Application is allotted based on merit and availability.

Eligibility:
- HS: Passed Class X (SSLC)
Admission Rules & Eligibility
Admission to the Higher Secondary Course in Arts and Commerce shall be in accordance with the rules laid down by MBOSE.
Students must pass HSLC/SSLC or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Required Documents
- Attested copy of Admit Card & Mark Sheet
- Pass Certificate & Character Certificate
- Three passport size photographs
- Application must be submitted within deadline
- No application accepted after last date
Important Note
Admit Cards for Class XI Promotion and Class XII Selection will not be issued unless all college dues are cleared.

Registration
- Collect registration form after admission
- Submit with prescribed fee before deadline
- Migration Certificate required for other boards
- Must be submitted in Class XI as per MBOSE rules
Failure to submit may lead to rejection.
Attendance
Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory.
Students failing to meet this requirement will not be allowed to appear in examinations.
Procedure of Examination
- Promotion Examination at end of Class XI
- Submission of exam form with fee is mandatory
- Internal exams conducted regularly
- Final Exam conducted by MBOSE
- Must pass Selection Exam to appear in final
- Late submission will not be accepted
